I understand this is controversial, and I understand further that many MD's are under all kinds of new pressures on them, and that from their position this is an a further burden beyond the current level of practice. however the advent of the internet and the greater accesses of the public to relevant health information which many doctors even admit they are not able to keep us with suggest that a time may have come where the relationship is not as unbalanced as it used to be in term of doctors cornering the market of absolute authority in relation to their patients
