One might go further and categorize them based on any public information given from the restaurant, such as being vegan etc However there may be additional interests on the part of the consumer which the restaurant owner may or may not want to discuss or make transparent For instance an active health enthusiasts may request more detailed information about the composition of the food stuffs and the prepping and cooking techniques that, for a variety of reasons, restaurant ownership may have no reason to consider. In an effort to avoid concentrating too much about the specific details of a given restaurant, and the concerns of a specific customer, there may be a way to paint a general picture of general concerns.
