there is of course a list of general health narratives in this section, but we have not developed a comprehensive list that applied to local issues in particular. But we post this section in the belief that addressing the idea may be helpful. A couple of possible narratives could be
Local taxes directed towards the following
Local health clinics
Subsidizing practices not being offered such as tai chi
The general meme that localities are not supposed to be involved in such things
Another idea that is not necessarily a narrative, is getting feedback from both conventional and alternative workers in the community who can give feedback on what they see as important issues and problems within the systems. Perhaps it is worth pointing out that those who work secondary type jobs in the conventional system who are perhaps assistants to physicians, pharmacists etc may have a bit more of a detached viewpoint, or one that is more caught up in the kinks in the system if you will.
